All of our Posco lighting products come with a 3 year warranty with the exception of our Bay lights (BL175 and BL115) which have a 5 year warranty. Our other non Posco lighting products we supply, come with a 2 year warranty.
The warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:
In the event a failure occurs within the warranty period on products purchased from us, we will repair or replace the defective fitting(s) / lamps on a return to base policy.
You will need to provide us with the following information to allow us to process your return material authorisation (RMA).
Once we have received this information we will generate an RMA form which we will e-mail to you. The item(s) for return need to be securely wrapped, ideally in the original packaging and the RMA form needs to be secured on the outside of the box. We will arrange for a courier to collect the package and we will then repair or replace the faulty item(s) and return back to you as soon as possible.
If we have installed your lighting as part of your contract and one of the lights fails within the warranty period, we will arrange for these lights to be repaired /replaced by us or one of our approved contractors within the first 12 months. We will arrange a mutually convenient time to conduct the work and either remove the item for evaluation at our offices or choose to replace it with the same or similar product. If the failed light(s) constitute a health and safety risk due to reduced lighting levels, we will fit a temporary replacement. If one of the lights fails after the first 12 months, we will replace the defective item(s) on a return to base warranty. Alternatively, Digiland or one of our approved contractors can remove any defective lighting for a small fee.
Please note that if we discover that any returned items do not have a fault, you will be charged for the cost of the third party collection from your premises and the return cost of the postage to ship the item back to you.
